We are fully committed to providing our customers with hygienically clean linen on every delivery. To ensure this, Crothall Laundry Services actively participates and engages in all these standards, accreditations, certifications, and industry organizations.
Textile Rental Service Association represents companies that supply, launder and maintain linens and uniforms.
Since 2007, Crothall Laundry Services pursued voluntary accreditation for its laundry processing facilities from the Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council. All facilities received accreditation from HLAC, which inspects laundries based on high standards for patient safety and infection prevention.
Numerous company quality assurance policies and processes ensure the highest standard of cleanliness. Employees monitor cleaning solutions and temperatures regularly in washers and dryers, check for stained or damaged linen, and utilize critical IT infrastructure to track and organize orders.
Select facilities are accredited by the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, a green building certification program that recognizes building strategies that save money and resources, have a positive impact on the health of their occupants, and promote renewable/clean energy.
